From the first contact with the office personnel, to Chris S., until the time we left every aspect of the process was first class. The staff including the maintenance workers were all very pleasant and always ready to answer questions we might have or just saying "hello" in the mornings. Chris has a very pleasant personality, very professional and we relied on him to take care of our requests very quickly and completely. My wife and I enthusiastically recommend Aloha Kai as a true escape to paradise.
