Unit could use upgrades - furniture, carpet / flooring. Need ceiling fan in bedroom. All drains run slow. Front office staff very accommodating on all questions and requests.

In unit 24N carpet has a musty smell. Add more kitchen utensils, pans, cups, etc. A makeover of this unit would be good!

Enjoyed the complex, it is great. The unit itself needs a major update for money paid!
Jaclyn and Jarrett in the front office were great to work with and very helpful. Thanks again!! We found Aloha Kai online about 15 years ago. We like the view, the sand and the gulf.
